Original Line 3 Position
The “Blue and Improved” 3-Position Original Line® cylinder features permanent grease lubrication. Design enhancements have more than doubled the anticipated service life of this non-repairable stainless steel body cylinder offering three distinct stopping points in its travel. This double acting cylinder is an example of our industry leading product breadth in non-repairable cylinders.

Original Line with Adjustable Cushions
The “Blue and Improved” Original Line® cylinder with adjustable cushions features permanent grease lubrication that more than doubles the anticipated service life of this design. Cushions offer solutions to applications with destructive kinetic energy levels. Air cushions trap small amounts of exhaust air at end of stroke, providing a pocket of compressible air to decelerate loads.

Original Line Magnetic Reed Switch
The “Blue and Improved” Original Line® MRS® cylinder features permanent grease lubrication. Design enhancements have more than doubled the anticipated service life of this cylinder that includes a standard magnet mounted on the piston designed to actuate Bimba electronic switches. Switches can actuate programmable controllers, relays, solenoids, timers and more.
- Bore sizes: 9/16″, 3/4″, 1-1/16″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 1-3/4″, 2″, 2-1/2″
- Optional switch tracks allow for either band mounting or track mounting switches

Original Line Non-Rotating
The “Blue and Improved” Original Line® non-rotating cylinder features permanent grease lubrication. Design enhancements have more than double the anticipated service life of this cylinder, featuring a square piston rod to prevent rotation. The unique geometry of the piston rod and end cap features a square profile with rounded corners, providing superior rotational control.
